Curious, and nosy, how many home screens do you have?

I only ever use three. I don't see the need for the default amount, but what say you?

3 because I use a scrolling wallpaper, and an odd number ensures the center screen is the center of the wallpaper.

i have 5 right now, i have either 1 fairly large widget or a few small ones on each page. keeps it looking clean. each of the widgets i use multiple times daily so i actually use them too

3.

One has a big photo widget flicking through a gallery of my photos.
One has the video player widget, a shazam widget so I can quickly find out songs, and a Spotify widget.
Then my default screen has the s planner widget and my most used apps and settings.

4. 1 for the main home screen, 1 for my downloaded apps, 1 for the music player, 1 for the S suggest large widget.

1. social media apps - facebook, twitter, instagram, gtalk
2. main screen - email, text, browser and phone
3. productivity - dropbox, evernote, fandango and tapatalk

Here I go opening up all these old threads since I'm just no digging into the S3. I only use 3 home screens. The main one with weather and the default home row. One for my calendar widget and the other with folders for frequently used apps.

My main screen is just seemingly eyecandy but with status bar hidden and 5+5 (scrolable) invisible dock icons each with a secondary gesture function (none of my friends can use my phone lol). Left of that is folders full of apps (geek, media, browsers, games, etc) left of that is a screen titled "sandroid pit" where i put apps i wana test.
Right of the main screen is a mess of widgets lol, chaotic but functional. Right of that is full screen calendar widget so thats 5 screens :)

I have 5. My centre one has most of what I use every day. The left most column is reserved for those things I may need to access while in the car such as navigation, gas prices app, etc.

My first screen to the right has my APW Twitter widget 5x4 and Google Now widget 4x1.

Second screen to the right has my APW Calendar widget 5x4 and Google Search widget 4x1.

My first screen to the left has my score widget, music player and some less commonly use apps.

My second screen to the left has least commonly used apps. These are mostly games and utilities that I use once in a while.

I use Nova Prime launcher, so I have 6 rows of icons with no dock.

Dude, pics? Lol you asked for that.

Just 3 here, main for vital contacts, one for games, one for misc apps that I use a lot, browser, synology apps to access my nas, messengers etc all screens share the same dock and long 9 icon vertical Elixir 2 widget with a bunch of connection options (wifi hotspot, wifi, etc)

I only use 1. And all I have on my one screen is my weather widget. I just hit up the app drawer to access anything else i need as i have hidden all of the apps i do not use. My app drawer alone is only 2 pages. :)

Lol i havent been concentrating on the "eye candy" lately so its just a pic of Ian Brown (singer from The Stone Roses) and the name of one of thier songs on his cheeks (each word has a tap action of course lol) :) uploadfromtaptalk1361404848913.jpg

I know "local/universal search" is banned in the US so its a shame you cant just hold down the menu button then type the first 2-3 letters of an app to find it like the rest of us but u should try google "gesture search".. as far as i know, it still does local search and once u get in habit of using it, should save you time finding apps on the phone.
All of my commonly used apps are accessable from either my home screen or my folders screen but i use the hold down menu button (google search or google now) to find apps on the phone that i use rarely.
With gesture search, you "handwrite" the letters with your finger and it actualy works very well. Its great for finding contacts too especialy while drunk ;)
