The launcher is the Go Launcher EX. The themes are Windows 7 free and paid version. I didn't like the free Windows 7 launcher because it had the Windows 7 logo in the app drawer as the home button. The paid version boarders of the app drawer are black with a blacked out normal home button. The free version has better icons than the pay version.
