Help Homescreen keeps resetting to page 5

Hi,

My Droid Charge has been pretty good overall since July but has recently started to act a bit funny. The most annoying thing now is that the homescreen keeps resetting itself to page 5 which has all my web shortcuts. My desired homescreen in page 4 which has all my commonly used things like voicemail, email and camera.

When ever I exit an app using the home button it takes me to homescreen 5, I reset the homescreen to 4. Then it resets it to 5. This happens over and over so I am at a loss here.

I have actually found a temporary remedy, I have just moved the apps I want on my homescreen to page 5. But if I set my homescreen to anything other than 5 it reset to 5. I can get by but it's not working the way it should if I can't set my homescreen.

I was thinking about saving my data and doing a restore or reboot or something to see if that helps. Any ideas?

I had this problem. If you press the "menu" button then the "Edit Page" Icon it will show you thumbnails of the seven screens with the Page 5 as Home and Set Home on the other six pages. You can then press the set home on the screen you want as your home screen. Hope that helps.
