Help Homescreen wallpaper

Hi! Until recently my wallpaper used to move along with the screen but now it's locked. Also when I set my wallpaper - no matter if the phone was in landscape or portrait - the cropping was ALWAYS in landscape. Now, however it's always in portrait mode.

I checked settings and I can't find anything that shows an option to change it back.

Any suggestions?

Use A Normal Wallpaper or Get A Live Wallpaper On It

If you are not using the stock launcher hit the menu key and choose preferences
