Help Hot to store apps on sd card?

I was wondering how you change the phone to store applications on the SD card and not the internal memory on the phone?

I'm not sure if anyone else is having problems with this, but since I've upgraded to Froyo, I loaded two programs (Angry Birds and HumansVsAliens on the SD card...they work great, but adding them to a desktop doesn't work. Any time I turn the phone off and back on, the icons are gone from the home screen...I believe this is because they are installed on the SD card because I don't have a problem with any other icons..

Interesting, I am having the disappearing Angry Birds icon you mention, but I haven't moved it to the SD card! Maybe it is something with Angry Birds? EDIT: After installing the Apps 2 SD Free (Thanks Jack45!) I found that Angry Birds was indeed installed on the SD card. I moved it back and now the icon should stay. On a side note, I noticed the cache for that game was over 5mb. Is that my saved games, stars on levels, etc? I would hate to accidentally clear that!

I am running 2.2 and downloaded the app. I still get the pop up that says there is not enough space...
