Help Hotmail emails delayed..?

Hi all

Noticed that some of my emails don't get through when sent....sometimes appear the following day ! !Is there a setting for when emails are received ..did see sonething about peak non peak setting when setting up...but could not see any more info....

Would appreciate any advice

Just read on google my hotmail account is set up a premium account (as has a P in social hub)... as a result can't change email frequency update ! ! ! In that case how do I set up as non premuim account ???

Any ideas please
