I have a Desire 2.2 and up until recently I was using the mail client to access my Hotmail account.
A few weeks ago I had to change my Hotmail password, and I did this online using my laptop. I thought that after this I would only have to re-login to the account on my phone with the new password, but it won't let me.
When I get to the Exchange ActiveSync settings I get the error message: "Failed to create the account. Please try again later."
I have also tried using the phones browser to go to Sign In and log in that way but it still won't let me.
Does anyone have some suggestions? I don't want to have to factory re-set my phone really
