Help Hotmail/Outlook view on S4

Hi, I've still not figured out why Hotmail/Outlook on the S4 looks and works so bad through any browser.

It looks like it's in desktop mode when viewing even though it's in mobile view. It's also hypersensitive so when I try to painfully navigate around the page it just keeps opening emails or menus. To top it off the next page arrow is now not responding making it pretty much unusable for me.

Does anyone know why this is?

The view looks fine and optimised for a mobile on the S3 and my HTC as it should. Very confused...

The MS Outlook app isnt that bad. or setting up your email client on the phone.

Personnally never tried hotmail on the phone via the web site so couldnt comment.

I experience the same thing with Hotmail on my S4. But when you said it looks fine on the S3 I tried it on my wife's S3...but it looks just like the S4. So not sure what you are referring to.

My suspicion is that it has nothing to do with the particular phone but with Microsoft. Since MS merged Hotmail and Outlook and came out with this new look...they made the mobile and desktop view the same (basically...no mobile view) so it is difficult (though not impossible) to use the browser version. Their app is just as bad, if not worse, but in other ways.

I use "Easy E-mail for Hotmail & Live" which is still not great but the least offensive of all the choices I have come across so far. Always looking for something better.
