Hi there, I've been having some trouble with my Hotmail account on my HTC DHD recently and after being ignored on Hotmail's "support" forums I thought a post here might help.
On / After 26th May I stopped receiving any emails to my Hotmail account on my phone. After a few days I logged onto Hotmail on my laptop to check if this was just because I hadn't received any new emails, but I had. Hotmail also requested that I change my password on logging in but no reason was given. So I changed it, then changed it back again.
Now I cannot receive any emails to my phone from my Hotmail account. Gmail & my University mail account both still work. Using pop3 I receive no e-mails (apart from a blank one the phone labels "null") but I can send them from the Hotmail account. Using Microsoft exchange my phone is spammed with email notifications every few seconds (when it decides to work).
Has anybody else had similar problems, or have any suggestions?
