Root Hotmail problems for Ally

I sink my Hotmail account, but have a lot of problems with it. If I delete messages, they sometimes come back. Also, anything I do on my phone doesn't translate to my account online. When I sign in from my laptop, all the messages I deleted from my phone are back. Does anyone have any advice to help fix this? Thanks in advance.

Its always been like that for me, I think you'll have to use the corporate email feature for it to completely sync everything, that costs exta money.
 
I had the same problem so I decided to just use the browser to open email through the hotmail website and I love it and it works very nicely!
