Help HotSpot not connecting. ERROR!?

When trying to turn on my Mobile Hotspot connection I keep getting 2 error messages... They read as follows "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." and the other is "Warning: An error has occurred. Please try again later." Can anyone tell me what these mean and how to fix it? Would really like to use my Hotspot connection!! Thank you! :smokingsomb:

Hmmm... not sure how the two are related... the "com.google.process.gapps" is the Google Contacts Sync process, you can go to Settings-Accounts&Sync and disable contact sync for Google account for now to get it to stop, you could try going into Settins-Apps-All and finding Google Contact Sync and do a Clear Data, but this error often requires a Factory Reset to fix it if it constantly recurs.
