The easiest way to update your PRL is to be sure you're on a Sense Rom. Then go under settings / System Updates / Update PRL.

what exactly are you trying to do? if you just need to update them then you can do it in your phone's settings. you can't flash prl.....at least i have not seen anything specific for the evo 4g lte like there was one for the og evo.
