How can i flash my device?

Ok. it may be better if i tell you the whole story.

I have left my chinese tablet at our shop that has wireless to download gangstar rio again.Tomorrow, i went to shop and took my tablet then i saw that it resets everytime i restart device.(reset = factory options)I cant install anything, when i try to install it says "not enough space" even i dont even have any application on device.I cant enter to recovery mode, it shows a red triangle with lying android boy.I dumped my rom before those happen.I have:

boot.img
bootloader.img
data.tgz
recovery.img
system.tgz

I think that if i reflash recovery(or anything) i can get it working but i have no idea about what to do so i wanted to ask you.

You need to have a rooted device with a custom recovery to "Flash" or you need android debug bridge (adb) and Fastboot. Fastboot will flash a custom recovery or a authorized image for you /system folder.

my device is already rooted, i checked it with superoneclick.Can you explain more like what to do? or can you lead me to a tutorial?

you can try searching youtube for your particular tablet for a how to flash for that model. The bad thing about cheap chinese tablets is they get very little support from the dev community.
