Root how can i gain root acess in 2.3.4 rom

i had flash gingerbread 2.3.4 rom on my funbook but how can i gain root acess and install cwm 5 on it

ok the problem is solve now but there is serious issue with sound not working

same issure here, flashed GB (2.3.4) rom for playing games but the sound does not work. found a rom in which sound works but in that rom can't install CWM recovery. so i guess can't get best of both worlds :|
