Help How can I improve scroll speed/smoothness?

Was comparing my Atrix to a couple of the latest phones, namely the Galaxy S2, which of course has a faster CPU, but I was still wondering if there's any way to improve my Atrix's scroll speed so it's more comparable to the GS2?

I don't use a live wallpaper, so I know it's not that. I notice on some of the more graphically intense websites that the Atrix's scroll speed isn't 100% perfect. It's very good, but not flawless.

My phone's not rooted or anything, so it likely has all the standard Moto bloatware.
 
Just a follow up. Passed on downloading a launcher because I didn't wanna re-do all the icons on my home screens. Opera Mobile browser was incredible! The scroll speed is insane, better than stock, skyfire and dolphin are the ones I've tried.
