Now that we have NAND unlock, how can i make my own splash screen to replace the HTC Incredible one?

I got your PM. I can't remember how I did it on my Eris, there was some program that converted whatever image u want to the right specs. Idk if it was eris specific though.

Sorry man, I am new to this as well, it was easy on the Eris..I am not sure if it is any different but I'll try and look into it some more if other who know more don't chime in.
