How can I obtain the htc flashlight app?

I'm after the official htc flashlight app like on other htc. Howe can i do this?

You would probably find it in the HTC hub. But I am not sure if there is an official app for the flashlight.

I was told it was in the hub. I looked in the hub and it's no longer there!!!
