Help How can I restore my main home screen?

I obviously got a little ahead of myself with customizing my new Samsung Fascninate. I was trying to change the order of the home screens that you scroll through and I accidentally deleted the main screen, with the clock. I think its panel 4 (?).

What to do to get it back please?

TRY :: (basically for galaxy S)

on your home screen, press the menu button (on the bottom left of the phone) then choose edit. You should see the existing screens with a white outline and a "+" sign on the bottom. Press the plus sign and it will add more windows (up to seven of them). Press the return key on your phone, and you have successfully added the homescreens.
