Root How can I use ROM manager with atrix 2?

I want to use ROM manager on my atrix, but it doesn't work. I Flashed Clockwork Mod Recovery, and it asked to verify my phone, ATRIX 2 wasn't on there, so I said ATRIX 4g. It said it was successful, so I went to back it up, it rebooted, and just showed the recovery mode logo. That's all it does when I try to back it up. Has anyone used ROM manager with ATRIX 2? Also how could I get it to work?

Also I booted into recovery, and it goes to the same thing. If I hold the volume rocker, it brings up four options:

reboot system now
apply update from sdcard
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partion

Do I need a different system recovery tool?

What's wrong with CWM recovery? If Atrix 2 isn't one of the devices listed then I think it would be safe to assume it's not supported

Once again I didn't do enough research before I bought a phone. So using 1 click method I'm rooted.

Is there any way to make Nandroids?
