How can you download large files?

Im trying to download a 6 gig file but cant find a way to get the file to download to my otg drive that is formatted to nfsc is this even possible?

I think I read that it has to be FAT32 format

I don't "think" fat32 supports over 4gb file.

Thanks for the replies but my note 2 is rooted and I have a ntfs usb drive that my note reads I just need to know how I change the download directory to my otg usb
