Help How can you set time to automatically detect dst?

Just noticed that there is no setting to automatically detect DST.

It does it automatically based on your time zone as not all countries use dst

Hmm, mine didn't do it. Around 4 am the only option I had was -6 central time. When I woke up, it's still didn't changed to DST, but when I checked settings the option is now - 5 central daylight time, and now finally changed to DST.

Probably too much alcohol. Please excuse me, I need a couple of Alka Seltzer.
