How close to vanilla froyo is the atrix?

So I've tried all the launchers and don't really like any of them that much. I've removed most of the blur widgets and haven't signed any accts up. Im actually not that bothered by blur. The launcher is a little cartoonish but its growing on me.

Since this is my first android my question is how close is this to a vanilla froyo. Not necessarily related to root and mod privlidges that come with a nexus s. Just wondering more about what the atrix might be missing.

The only real downside of motoblur is the increased time it will take for motorola to release the next update. Other than that, it is not as intrusive as Sense and such... Right away, I installed LauncherPro and I dont notice the difference from if I were using my STOCK nexus one...

The most drastic modifications are to the SMS app and the camera. Both are worse than stock Froyo, IMO. The email app is drastically improved, especially if you're using Exchange. The contacts app is enhanced with the social networking integration, but it's unable to sort contacts by last name (WTF?!).
