late teens to late 20s.. that nice person gets the back seat to awkward pseudo-sexual encounters.

wait wait wiat... I never said to be a selfish arse
only be a little arse.. little macho... confident.. still nice and respectful. but don't let her get her way EVERY time. there is the a balance and the trick is to know where that is.
My hubby is a very nice guy and what I think is the last of a dying breed - a romantic man.

How many of you still hold hands? We do

I wouldn't say that. I've got a 24 year-old son who's getting married in August and I'm liking what I see of them together.
Only in public.![]()

P.S. My hubby is a very nice guy and what I think is the last of a dying breed - a romantic man. How many of you still hold hands? We do
We still hold hands, but the misses doesn't really like PDA's.
And THAT my man is part of the problem with people today. I'm not saying people have to grope each other in public but what is wrong with showing the world you love each other? To proclaim to all who would listen that THIS is my man/woman and I want everyone to know it? I'm listening to a song right now referencing "little signs of distance" which perhaps point to a bigger problem. Not true for everyone of course but I don't think I would want someone who, for whatever reason, could not or would not show his feelings toward me in public (in an acceptable manner of course)

That is a cultural thing. If I'm correct, in India for instance it is totally not done to hold hands in public, not even when married. Let alone kiss![]()

PDA is all cool for me. Sometimes it's can be a little overboard, but come on. If you're in a loving relationship, it shouldn't be relegated to the bedroom. Have fun! You're not showing off, you're in love!![]()
