Help How do I 'activate' my uploads?

Hi everyone!

I was given my Samsung moment about 2 months ago, it is secondhand from a family member and didn't come with a manual so I have been exploring the phone learning how to use it and all that fun stuff..... I would like to upload a avatar to a forum I am on but the button says my uploads are disabled, is there any way I can 'activate' them? I can upload to fb,via a phone setting I recently discovered; but haven't yet figured this one out.

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

Im guessing thats a problem with the forum you are on. Most forums wont let you upload avatars until you have a certain number of posts.

Hi Sitlet,

This particular forum doesn't have a post limit to gain an avatar and when I was just working on my profile, it wouldn't let me upload, the browse button says: uploads disabled. Does this site have a post minimum?

Thank you for replying, learning a new (to me) phone is a definite challenge.

I've noticed a lot of forums don't allow uploads via the phone. Maybe a mobile browser limitation?
