Help How do I assign a downloaded ringtone as a text alert?

I am able to download a ringtone from Zedge, but how can I get it to say a SMS alert tone or a Facebook alert tone? The only options that show up there are the preloaded sounds.

Is this what you're talking about? Sdcard/media/audio/notifications

If it doesnt exist , create it and put your notifications there.

How do you create it?

Create a folder on your sdcard called "media" then within that folder create a folder called "audio" and within that folder create another folder called "notifications" then put the audio in there. They will now appear with the preloaded sounds
