How do I change the default voice command app?

Hello,
I have an LG G3 and a blue tooth speakerphone with the voicecommand button. My problem is that the stock voice command app called voice command does not work correctly. So I want either an app called Cyberon Voice commander or My Motospeak to be launched instead, how can I make these the default app when the voice command button is pressed on the Bluetooth speaker phone?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello and welcome dancomputerman:)

After you install either of those apps, and to clear the default app that launches (in this case, your stock voice command), go to menu/settings/applications/all, and scroll to the stock voice command app. Click on it, and scroll to the bottom where you will see the option to "clear defaults".
Once cleared, the next time you access the bluetooth speaker, it will ask you what you want as the default app to use. ;)

I think that should do it:D

I don't find the app "Voice Command" at my device. Somehow nothing happens when pressing the button in my car. How did you get your voice dialing via button-press working?

Hi, this was driving me crazy but I finally figured it out. Not sure if most people are having an issue because they have different software than I do? I am on Android 5.1.1. All I did was go to Settings, General, apps, and selected the drop down from the three dots on the top right. Then I selected reset defaults. The next screen was not painful. Simply a list of the defaults and I found the voice command default and cleared it. All I did after this was turn on my bluetooth earpiece to make a call and was prompted with on which app I wanted to be the default. This time I chose Google.
