Help How do I change the HTC mail Notification sound?

Hi chaps.

The HTC mail app notification sound is set as the defaul tone. I think its called Alpha, but i wants to change it.

I have tried settings >> sound >> Notification sound andit still stays with the same basic notification sound that i absolutely hate .

Any ideas? any help will be grately appreciated.

Try Settings > Personalize > Notification sound

Should give you options for message, calendar and email =)

This has been driving me CRAZY for ages!!

I think this is major prblem with the menu system on HTC. You can go into notification sounds in different menus and get different options! DUMB!

Usually with HTC, you can change the notification settings for each individual app within the app, but not with the mail app.

So what do you do? You go to settings - sound - notification sound and change it there but it doesnt work!!! ARGHHHH!!

HTC really need to fix this and have the notification sound options found in the personalise menu also available in the notifications sound options when you go through the standard settings menu!

its pretty simple, go to settings then personalize then notification sound, there you got email notification sound, change it to whatever u like
