In the Language settings, I see I can change to English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese; but Japanese is not available. I've found a way to get it enabled, but it requires downloading an app, and granting it permissions using adb; which isn't something I would want to do for any app (here is a link to what I'm talking about: Galaxy S4 Language set to Japanese | Eiichi Talks Tech).
Is there any easy way to set the phone's language to Japanese?
Also, I'm not referring to the keyboard. I already use Google's IME for that, I want to change the language for all of the menus, icons, etc. to Japanese.
