Help how do i clear defaults for apps

i feel like all i do is ask noob questions, but hopefully that's what this forum is for.

but can somebody tell me how i clear the defaults for apps that don't show up in settings>applications>manage applications? i have the regular and 3d galleries installled, and when i opened the stock gallery, it asked me to choose between gallery gallery and gallery camera when veiwing. i selected gallery gallery and set to default but now when i open a folder, it always opens the 3d gallery folder. i'd like to change this. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

First make sure that once you are in Manage apps that the filter is set to show all the apps so you can see all of them. Look for the 3D gallery/flan gallery, and then scroll down to clear defaults. Touch it with your pinky. (Or middle finger if you must )
