Help How do I clear my notifications?

I keep getting this orange caution sign in my notifications telling me "download will start in wifi". I'm not trying to download anything, and I would like to know how to get rid of it! I assume its an automatic app update and I've already turned those off. Please any suggestions?

Check in the market for updates. Update anything that needs it. If still no joy restart the phone. These things are powerful and need a rest sometimes.

If you go to the Market, settings and you will find a check box for update over wi-fi. Big_Mike had the right idea. Its sure a place to start.
