Help How do I configure Voice Command - double tap Home?

I don't remember how I configured this before but I cannot find the option now that allows me to double click the home button to activate voice commands.

that was removed in the update from 2.3.4 to 2.3.6 to remove lag when the home button was pressed

Siiiigh I was beginning to wonder about that

You can double tap the top of your phone to activate voice commands too. At least, you could in 2.3.4, I haven't updated to 2.3.6 yet. To check, go to Settings > Motion and check the boxes for Motion Activation and Double Tap.

Also, I think the default in Android is to long press the search key.
