Help How do I delete a home screen?

darkcyber

I was playing around with my Note 3 right after I got it and I long pressed on one of the home screens and one of the selections that popped up is "Page" for adding a page or extra home screen. Well, I did that and now I have 5 home screens. ATM, I don't need the 5th one and would like to delete it. But can't find how to remove it. Anyone else figured that out yet? Long pressing on that screen just gives the standard selections and none are for deleting.

I don't know if this is specific to Sense or Androids in general, but on my HOX+ I can do that by pinching to zoom out. When thumbnails of all the home screens are visible, I just long-press the one I want to get rid of. A "remove" panel appears up top and I just drag it up there.

Menu -> Edit Page-> Choose the one you want to delete, long press and drag to the trash can at the top.

I know these new ways of doing things will be great, but I liked the old way or at least I'm used to the old way. Hard to teach an old dog new trick thing applies here...lol!

I know how you feel. I'm sure there's plenty I'm doing the hard way because it's the familiar way.
Incidentally, while testing my advice before posting (in case I was wrong... awkward) I found you can rearrange the order of the home screens by long-press and dragging.
