Help How do I delete this?

This must be a first? I searched here and on google... This screen shot was taken while I was holding down the square widget so it would "hide" the dock and you could see the widget hanging off the edge. Is there anyway to delete it? Thanks

BTW, I'm not rooted.

Have you rebooted the phone?

No, I figured out how to get rid of it though. Added more rows and it appeared in the middle of the screen. Then normal drag to trash.
