How do i get BBC NEWS Live

Hi Guys, Just goy my desire today. Am A total newbie to android ( so be easy with me) This will be first of many questions...
Can any one tell me how i get BBC NEWS Live streaming.
When I go on the BBC news website & click news live I am told I have the wrong flash.
Hope you can help
