Help How do I get rid of it??

So I open my file viewer today and low and behold. There are app and crap that I deleted from my phone a long time ago. How do I get rid of these files so that when I open file viewer they are gone there too? What am I doing wrong, here? Thanks yoou guys.

First how did you delete them?

Have you recently flashed anything or run any updates?

Have you done any restores?

Please provide more info...
