How do i get the msl for my Sprint hero

Can anyone help me get the msl for my sprint hero, i got the msl for my samsung moment using connectbot, but i cant seem to get it to work with my hero, or i may just be overlooking it. any help would be greatly appreciated
 
You need to contact sprint support. Different for every phone and phone number from what I have read.

My MSL won't work for your phone.
 
yes, i know that each phone has its unique msl, i was curious as to if some had found a program or an app that could do it on the hero, i used the app connectbot to get the msl for my moment, but cant find the string for the msl of the hero when i run that app on the hero
 
Contact Sprint tech support and demand it if they balk after asking nicely. If this fails, try CDMA workshop (not sure if this will work for the Hero, but works for all other CDMA phones).
 
you can search for an application and thread about CDMA workshop, I was able to get the msl using this program.
 
I used CDMA Workshop to get my MSL with my Instinct. I haven't tried the Hero. I just asked Sprint for it when I was at the store.
