Root how do I get to /system folder in SR3.5?

just installed SR3.5 and want to change the toggle menu. I have the directions on how to but I dont know how to get to the /system/skyraider/widget.user/custom.txt folder
 
Not exactly sure because I don't run SR but I think what you're looking for can be found in root explorer.
