How do I get to the activation screen on the Droid?

Go to verizonwireless.com and sign in to your account. Then use the Activate My Phone link to enter your MEID number into the system to switch devices. Make sure the old device is powered off.
 
Yeah I did that but it says "Cannot process your request at this time" wtf I was just hoping there was a way I could get to the activation screen on the droid.
