Root How do i get voice texting back?

when i went to liberty 1.5 for some reason my voice texting and voice search dont work anymore. this was one of the features that i really liked about my phone and i just want to know how to get it back? also how can i link contacts like i did on stock rom?

Download and install Voice Search (Google) from the Market.

I also had a question on this too. back then when i spoke in korean it would write the sentence out korean but that does not seem to work anymore..

Check your Language & Keyboard settings under Menu, Settings.

My SwiftKey keyboard allows me to download language files.
