I have a friend who uses an iPad and he doesn't want to move to android samsung tablet because he feels he will lose the youtube notifications that currently work flawlessly and with novice interaction on his iPad's default notification toolbar, with expandable functioality right there via gesture in the toolbar.
He uses youtube constantly and he has not been able to get his Youtube account setup on his samsung galaxy S2 mobile (with notifications) so I want to set up on my samsung galaxy note 10.1 to see you tube notifications so that he can see that it works before he commits to a Note 10.1 android tablets.
Why Youtube has to differently applied on iOS iPad, android mobile & android tablet is beyond me but all i now is that Google , owners of Youtube, may lose a tablet sale in my friend who happens to own the Sammy S2 mobile on this on issue alone.
I think its a google account option issue, like the two-step authentication setup, which I havent been able to confirm even though I have two-step authentication setup nicely on my two youtube accounts, @gmail.com & @hotmail.com accounts?
