Help how do i hide that my phone has been rooted?

Hi there, unfortunately i've been having some issues with my GSII(battery charges whenever it wants to(i have to move the plug left to right until it finds the "perfect" spot), it overheats, it randomly starts charging/discharging even if its not plugged to the power... and also some software issues like OS disappearing (screen all black and only option its to pull the battery) or all the apps force closing)

the thing is i decided to go through the samsung support... now, how do i get my rooted phone back to stock and make it look legitimate so that i get my phone fixed by the warranty?
im using Lite'ning rom.

Flash your original firmware via odin then use a usb jig to reset the flash counter.

As far as I know its the only way to reset the flash counter.
The firmware will un root your phone. Its up to you if you want to risk sending it back without reseting the flash counter. For the sake of
