Help How do I improve Wifi connection?

[Brunny]

The Wifi in my work is very touch and go, particularly in the basement where I need it most! Sometimes it works fine, other times it shows up as connected but internet simply does not work.

I've found CM7 to be better than the Stock Sense ROM but some days even CM7 can't get a grip on it.

Any ROMS that are particularly good for Wifi reception or any other tips?

Foil behind your router.....

I think you can use a second router to "relay" the signals further...I think it was on a Gadget show top5 with jason... i'll look it up for you.. cant find the vid.... it was jase in some big castley housey thing.....

I have issues upstairs in my house with bad WIFI reception (not just my phone, but also my laptop). I set a wireless repeater up and, hey presto, problem solved

You would look funny with that bowl strapped to your head to get a better signal and using skype on your mobile
