How do I install a custom rom fix?

Yesterday, I flashed Wanamlite 9.2 on my GS2. I noticed a couple of bugs, and I saw there is a fix for it. I've been wondering, how do I install the fix? Do I just flash it like I did with the ROM?

Yeah just flash it using recovery mode.

I'm going to move this to the all things root forum.

I flashed it (install zip from sd card in clockworkmod) and I bricked my phone, so I flashed wanamlite again without the fix. Did I do something wrong? The fix is ten times smaller than the wanamlite zip.
