Congratulations on getting rooted, the next thing on your to-do list is to get Clockworkmod Recovery installed on your phone. You need a custom recovery such as clockworkmod in order to install(flash) ROMs onto your phone.

While you install the drivers for our phone, you should read through some important threads which should bring you up to speed on some terminology and answer questions you may have yourself.

After you manage to get clockworkmod installed onto your phone, you are free to flash Admiral Beast, or Admired Monster Versions 1-4. However those ROMS are outdated so for the most recent ROMs with greater performance, you should flash requisite0's clockworkmod with ext4 support.

Reboot into recovery by turning off the phone, and then holding the power+back+volume-down buttons until the recovery menu appears.
Install requisite0's clockworkmod recovery and kernel zip from recovery and choose the reboot recovery option. From there you pick a ROM to install, compatible with the ext4. Admired Monster 5 is the most recent ROM released and should be the stablest to use. In my opinion Admired Monster 5 and Lunar-Gen are the most stable ROMs; Monster 5 being the most stable.
I apologize if any of this sounds confusing but its rather simple if you do some reading before performing anything to your phone. If you browse these forums, usually the threads with thousands of views (ten thousands even) usually contain vital information.
