Root how do i install rsd lite

well the rooting went well till i installed a theme, now the phone just switches back and forth from the droid to the eye screen, i read how to use rsd lite to redo the phone but i dont know how to install rsd lite?

can someone explain to me?

Download the file using one of the links in a rsd thread. It will be a .7z zip file. You need to download another program to unzip it, windows can find that online for you. Then just run the setup program. If you are on a Droid 2 or X make sure you get RSD 4.7 not 4.6.
