Help How do I keep OmaDrmConfigService turned OFF???

I did a test I saw on another forum about turning OFF the DRM Protected Content Storage (OmaDrmConfigService) to make the battery life longer, and it makes mine last TONS longer. When this is on my battery will drain to 10-15% overnight, just sleeping. With this 1 thing off, my battery was at 77% when I got up this morning.
WTFudge is this thing, and how do I make it STAY OFF because it turns itself back on after I turn on the phone?
And I guess my other question is, how do I automatically turn off other running services I don't need running all of the time? Like eBay and Tango and Craigslist etc?

If you are newe to root I would wait until froyo is out and then root.
