im running broken out rom ZVD and the stock one is ADW launcher built in, how do i change it to 360 launcher and uninstall ADW?

Well just download 360 launcher and once it installs press the home button. A pop up will appear that says lg home; 360 launcher. Check the arrow and press on 360 launcher. That should be your main one.
And to delete adw just use titanium backup and delete it

Do NOT do this just because if you ever end up going to CWM and "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" you will lose 360 Launcher and not have a launcher on the device once you reboot. This is truly the correct way to do this to be honest... download & Install 360 Launcher from the market. Use a Root Browser to locate the 360 Launcher APK in /data/app and COPY it to the internal or External SD Card. Once done with copying, delete 360 Launcher from the device while leaving the APK on the External SD Card. Once uninstalled, MOVE the 360 Launcher apk into the System/app folder. Now click on the 360 Launcher APK in System/app and install it. Once installed, hit the Home button and select 360 Launcher as Default Launcher and make sure the launcher loads. Once loaded, use a root browser or Titanium Backup to uninstall ADW Launcher.Nw even when you "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" it will still be there. Most of the time you can just move APKs to the System/app folder and reboot and the phone will install the APK automatically but not with ALL APKs so it is best to install every APK that you can after moving it to System/app.

what i did was i moved 360 launcher apk to system/app and used TB to uninstall ADW. Thanks for your concern ;)

Yea it must be one of the ones that auto install after a reboot then but it is always smarter to install before uninstalling the one you want to remove and THEN remove and reboot. no big Deal though, hear to hello anytime
