Help how do i move/copy notes from my phone to my computer? help please!?

how can i move/copy notes from my notepad/memos in my phone to my computer?? I know its possible because i did it once before but cant remember how to and cant find any help online ugh!! Help please!? I just want to backup my notes!!

That depends on the app you're using on the phone for notes. You just copy the files from the phone to the computer, but you have to know the app to know which files those are.

its just called 'notepad' its a little yellow/green icon and there is no way to just copy it to my computer..i have been trying for days ugh!! when i click on 'my computer' and open my phone (internal storage) there is nothing called notepad/memos/notes etc just a ton of random useless folders!!
