Help How do I move drivers from one comp to another?

I have 2 Windows 7 laptops. My older one is 32-bit and the drivers that allow PDANET to work run fine and I can tether no problem. My newer laptop is 64-bit and hangs on the driver install for PDANET and self-retracts after I cancel it out because it will never install the ACM part of the driver. Is it possible to copy the driver from one laptop to another? Or will that even work since one is 32 and one is 64? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

I believe they have 2 separate drivers. Should just have to download the computer side again for your second computer and should be fine.
