Root How do I reboot into Clockwork Recovery?

*sigh* I think I'm going to stop trying to flash new ROMs.

I was running on Apex 2.0 RC2 on my Droid X, but I wanted to try Ultimate Droid, too. I backed up with ROM Manager, booted into CWR, wiped data and cache, and installed the UD zip file. After about an hour of staring at the "Google" boot image, I pulled the battery and rebooted. And again. And again. No dice.

I really don't care to get into UD at this point, I just want to get back to my flawless Apex installation. The problem is that I can't reboot into CWR to restore the backup I made before starting tinkering. I can get into the stock recovery, but it won't allow me to find any of my ROM Manager backups, and none of the zip files the stock recovery sees will run an installation.

So...how do I reboot into the CWR in order to install my ROM Manager backup? Thanks in advance!

Hm, when you put it that way, I sound like a complete moron...!

I'm SBF'ing back to .340 anyway, and plan to work my way back up to pre-rooted 596 GB, then restore my Apex ROM once I have ROM Manager up and running again. Looks like it's gonna be another long night...

Thanks for your clarification, though! :)
